Built for the front line. Engineered for the fleet.
FleetCraft strips the small-part fabrication, sourcing chaos and on-site rework out of police, ambulance and fire fitouts. Five days off every vehicle, no compromise on compliance.
The reality of emergency fitouts
Fitting the gear is the easy bit.
Emergency services fitouts are unforgiving. Specifications shift. Lead times slip. Procurement deadlines do not. Every shortcut on a police, ambulance or fire vehicle has a downstream cost measured in officer safety, response time and contract penalties.
Most fitout teams are doing the job twice: sourcing brackets from one supplier, harnesses from another, fabricating mounting plates on the workshop floor, then rebuilding what the first vehicle taught them on the second.
- Fragmented supply chainFive suppliers for one vehicle. Five lead times. One critical component late and the whole build stalls.
- On-site fabrication overheadCutting, drilling and welding mounts in the workshop ties up senior fitters and turns repeatable jobs into custom ones.
- Compliance under pressureADR, electrical and emissions sign-off cannot slip. Fleet-grade documentation has to land with every batch.

Integrated capability
Engineered into every vehicle
Six specialist systems, designed together and delivered ready for the production line.

01 / 06
Wiring Looms & CAN Bus Integration
Vehicle-specific looms arrive terminated, labelled and tested, with CAN Bus interfaces that let lighting, sirens and comms talk to the vehicle’s electronics without cutting the factory wiring. Fitters plug in mission-critical systems while OEM functionality and diagnostics stay intact.

02 / 06
Covert Light Mounting Systems
Discreet, vehicle-specific brackets position warning lights for strong visibility without compromising factory lines. Every mount is engineered for secure fitment and service access.

03 / 06
Screen Mirror Technology
Operational displays are mirrored to the right screen in the right position, keeping navigation and incident data in view. Integration is designed around clear sightlines and minimal driver distraction.

04 / 06
Innovative Tool Stowage
Purpose-built racks, drawers and retention systems keep critical equipment secure in transit and immediately accessible on scene. Every millimetre is planned around workflow, payload and safety.

05 / 06
Antenna Mounting
Engineered antenna mounts deliver reliable positioning for radio, data and fleet communications. Vehicle-specific hardware keeps installations clean, robust and repeatable across the program.

06 / 06
Centre Consoles
Vehicle-specific consoles bolt to structural mounting points with no drilling or cutting. The faceplate is laid out for radios, MDTs and siren and lighting controllers, so officers and crews find the same layout in every vehicle on the program.
Time saved per vehicle
Indicative gains for a typical 100-vehicle program when FleetCraft replaces multi-supplier sourcing and on-site fabrication.
3hrs
Per fitout
Pre-engineered harnesses and bolt-in brackets remove on-site cutting, drilling and rewiring.
5x
Fewer suppliers
One purchase order, one lead time, one quality standard across electronics, fabrication and plastics.
5days
Off the program
Parallel design and production compress the critical path from sign-off to fleet delivery.
0re-work
First-fit accuracy
Vehicle-specific designs validated on a reference build before the production run begins.
Vehicle programs we fit out
Reference designs and tooling already in production for the platforms emergency services depend on.

Patrol & Highway
Sedans and dual-cab utes for general duties, traffic and highway patrol. Light bar mounts, MDT consoles, weapon racks.

Ambulance
Patient transport and intensive care fitouts on Sprinter, Master and Transit platforms. Equipment mounts, interior plastics, auxiliary electrical.

Fire Appliances
Light tankers, rescue and command vehicles built on Isuzu, Hino and dual-cab platforms. Pump controls, equipment cages, interior consoles.

Specialist & K9
Public order, K9 transport, forensic and incident command vehicles. Custom housings, climate-controlled compartments, command desks.

SES & Rescue
State emergency service rescue and storm response vehicles. Heavy-duty equipment racks, lighting mounts, secure storage systems.
FleetCraft cut three weeks out of every vehicle on a sixty-unit emergency services program. Harnesses turned up labelled to the vehicle, brackets bolted in, and our fitters spent their time fitting equipment instead of building it.
