time in half.
Halve the install hours, halve the skill floor, halve the parts you source, halve the rework, and halve the risk that a vehicle misses its delivery date.

Centre Console
Centre Console
The console attaches to the cab with bolts. A structural mounting point on each side holds the console. You do not drill or cut the vehicle.
The faceplate gives more space for equipment in the cab. You can attach devices and controllers to the faceplate. Examples: radios, tablets, and switch panels. You can select a faceplate layout that matches your equipment.

Colour-Coded DRLs
Colour-Coded DRLs
The module makes the factory daytime running lights part of the emergency warning system. The lights flash red and blue in any pattern. The vehicle’s normal lighting controller sets the pattern. The DRLs flash in step with the other warning lights on the vehicle.
The module is wired into the main emergency lighting system. It connects to the factory DRL plugs. You do not cut the vehicle wiring. The lights show white when the warning lights are off. The vehicle looks standard. This makes the module suitable for unmarked vehicles.

CAN Bus Integration
CAN Bus Integration
The module reads data from the vehicle CAN bus. It gives the data to your equipment as a switched output. Examples: ignition, speed, reverse gear, and park brake.
The harness connects to the vehicle with OEM plugs. You do not cut or splice the vehicle wiring. The switch fits a blank in the dash. The vehicle warranty is not affected.

A-Pillar Mounting System
A-Pillar Mounting System
The system is a fabricated stainless steel bracket assembly. Each bracket is made for a specific vehicle model. It bolts to the factory bonnet-hinge bolts at the base of the A-pillar. You do not drill or cut the body panels.
The system holds a radio antenna and LED lights. The lights can be warning lights, alley lights, or scene lights. The antenna sits high on the vehicle for good signal range. The equipment stays clear of the driver’s view. The bonnet opens and closes as normal.

What We Manufacture
Why Fitout Partners Choose FleetCraft
One partner across electronics, fabrication, and plastics. Synchronised kits, predictable install times, and components engineered for high-volume production — built to land on your floor ready to fit.
Faster Installation
Bolt-on mounting and pre-loomed wiring cut hours off every install. No cutting, no drilling, no on-site fabrication.

De-Risked
Bolt-in mounts and plug-and-play looms use the factory holes and plugs, so nothing gets drilled or cut in the wrong place. Fewer defects, fewer warranty claims.

Predictable
Every kit has a measured install time and fits the same way on every vehicle, so you can quote and schedule jobs accurately.

De-Skilled
Bolt-in mounts and pre-terminated looms take the guesswork out of the fit. A first-year apprentice can install them, so you are not held up waiting on a qualified auto electrician.

Vehicle Platforms We Support
Industries We Serve
Pre-engineered components for fleets where downtime isn’t an option.
Emergency Services
Emergency vehicle builders fit consoles, lighting and wiring that hold up under constant use. Our kits connect to the vehicle electrical system without cutting the factory loom.

Mining and Resources
Mine-spec fitout shops deliver vehicles that last on corrugated roads, in dust and under constant vibration. Our bolt-on components are built for that duty cycle.

Government Fleets
Fitout partners on state and federal programs deliver identical vehicles at volume. We supply the same kit every time, to a firm delivery date.

Commercial Delivery
Logistics fitout partners get vans on the road sooner. Standardised components mean each vehicle is fitted the same way as the last.

Utilities and Telco
Service body builders lay out equipment-heavy vehicles so technicians can work quickly and safely. Our mounting and electrical systems are made for that layout.
From Consultation to Delivery
Consultation
We meet your team on-site, walk the workshop, and watch how you fit out vehicles before we recommend anything.
Design and Engineering
The people who design the part also plan how it will be made, so what you approve is what gets built.
Global Sourcing
We split production between offshore and onshore suppliers depending on what each part needs in quality, cost and volume.
Production and Delivery
Final assembly, QC, packaging and freight are done in-house, so delivery dates are ours to keep.
What Fitout Partners Say
The quoted install times are accurate, which has brought our labour costs down. Every kit goes in the same way.
Easy to work with, and the gear makes the job faster. I can train a new installer in half the time it used to take.
We’re fitting more vehicles per week with the same crew. The difference showed up within the first month.
Way less drilling and cutting, which helps at resale. The vehicles come back off lease worth more.
A supplier that actually understands the workshop floor. Good gear, and it turns up quickly.
The modular system changed how we do fitouts. Less wasted material, faster jobs.
We’ve taken on more work without expanding the team. The time savings show up in the job numbers.
Orders arrive when they say they will, and someone answers the phone. They know how a busy workshop runs.
Australian engineered, and it shows. Good to deal with a local manufacturer who understands the work.
